In every way possible we want to be as accommodating as we can be. Because of this, in addition to bringing into the home any ornaments, pictures etc., you may also bring small items of furniture if you check with the staff first.
In the same way as our flowers blossom, our residents really flourish during their times outside in our gardens, tending to the plants and watching our beautiful roses bud and bloom.
All bedrooms are newly refurbished, Rossmore provides single and shared accommodation, we have ten separate toilets within easy reach of all bedrooms and communal areas, as passenger lift is available to gain access to the first floor.
Because we want our residents to feel at home with us, we are happy for them to bring their own furniture, assuming it is appropriate.
Of course, we want every service user to have the ability to communicate with their family and friends wherever possible. We feel frequent contact with loved ones is important.
To ensure this is possible we allow every service user to have their own telephone line in their room. To ensure this is a facility we can delivery to all residents, all expenses incurred are the responsibility of the resident or their next of kin.
We have state of the art biometric security to help ensure the safety of our residents, however figuratively speaking our door is always open. You don't need to make an appointment to have a look around.
